There are now four events at THE ISLAND, our host hotel. Step outside to start the relay/ultra and Bloody Mary Recover Run plus a brand new Saturday evening social event.
Event Details: You can book a room for a night or the weekend. Discounted race prices are good from Friday, December 26 - Sunday, December 28. The cutoff date for booking a discounted room is Friday, December 5th. Rooms may be booked afterwards, but no discount.
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival
Deposit Policy: Credit card to guarantee only, no deposit.
HOTEL EVENTS:
* Friday: Packet Pickup in the lobby from 4:00-7:00 PM
* Saturday: The race will now start in front of The Island Hotel with lighted area, covered area (lobby) and restrooms available.
* Sunday night: 5:00- Gathering on the back deck of The Island Hotel. After a day of running and post-race festivities, kick back and socialize with some snacks and beverages provided. (This is a new race event)
* Monday: Bloody Mary Recovery Run- Gather on the back deck at 9:00 AM.
** We will have a Northwest Florida Track Club Gulf View hotel room on the first floor that opens to the deck. Sunday night and Monday morning events will be based from it.

THE ISLAND, our host race hotel, provides a pre-New Year's weekend getaway for our runners and their families. Check in on Friday, December 26, 2025, for the night or the weekend!! Packet pickup will be in the lobby on Friday night, December 26 (4:30-7:00), and the Bloody Mary Recovery Run will start poolside on Sunday, December 28, 2025. (9:00 AM) There will be discount room rates for race participants and the hotel is walking distance (200 yards) from the start and finish line.
