This is the perfect year for a weekend stay on the beach for the Round the Bay Relay and Ultra. Come for the race and stay the weekend!!
THE ISLAND, our host race hotel, provides a pre-New Year's weekend getaway for our runners and their families. Check in on Friday, December 26, 2025, for the night or the weekend!! Packet pickup will be in the lobby on Friday night, December 26 (4:30-7:00), and the Bloody Mary Recovery Run will start poolside on Sunday, December 28, 2025. (9:00 AM) There will be discount room rates for race participants and the hotel is walking distance (200 yards) from the start and finish line.

Pool View Rooms – $140+
Gulf View Rooms – $155+
*We unfortunately do not have any gulf view suites available over these dates. I do have a pool view junior suite if interested ($189+)

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT to make their reservations.
Last day to book: 11/27/24
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival
Deposit Policy: Credit card to guarantee only, no deposit required.
Please note: Guest’s need to contact the group housing coordinator directly, if they want to extend their stay or book different room types outside of the group block (which is subject to availability and rate).
Reservations needed after the cutoff date must be booked directly through group housing. The group rate after cutoff is not guaranteed, and is subject to current availability
