November 6 update

We are now less than two months from this year's race. Twelve teams and 31 ultra runners are already registered, all the insurance is purchased, additional events are planned at The Island Resort and the new four-mile dual purpose bike lane has been opened on the south side of Highway 98.  
Updates:
Race- both the relay and ultra registration is going well.
Hotel- discounted prices at The Island Resort are good through Friday, December 5, 2025. Packet pickup, the starting line, Saturday night social and the Bloody Mary Run will all be held at The Island Resort. The finish line is 250 yards east at The Elks Lodge.
Music- B.T. Turner is back and ready to go.
Food- Billie Adams is preparing another outstanding RTB menu with a Louisiana flavor.
Route- We will use the new bike route on the south side of 98 on Okaloosa Island to start the race. We will see have to navigate the bridge construction on Brooks Bridge in FWB but are cleared to do so.
